River Adventure

Program Information

Take a tour of Crystal Springs Preserve’s habitats and learn about Florida’s magnificent aquifer system. Explore the Hillsborough River and its spring runs. Grab a dip net and perform a biodiversity survey. Catch and identify the invertebrates and vertebrates that live in the waters of the Preserve.

**Students must wear closed toed shoes that can get muddy and wet**

NO CROCS OR FLIP FLOPS!!!!!

Reservation Information

Your reservation at Crystal Springs includes the choice of two - 1.5 hr. programs and a half-hour lunch.

Please plan to be at Crystal Springs Preserve for 3.5 - 4.0 hours depending on your bus schedule.

Programs start at 9:30 am with a planned departure between 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm.

We can accommodate 90 students (3 groups) per day.

A minimum of two adult chaperones per group is required to book.
