About This Program

High school programs are designed and developed to allow students to participate in data collection, analysis, and experimentation. High school students will build the knowledge and skills needed to address environmental issues and take action to make changes that can positively impact the natural world. Students will explore various habitats including upland, wetland, and hardwood hammocks while visiting our 530-acre nature preserve.

If your students are interested in taking part in a habitat restoration project while they are on site, please let us know. These projects teach students about the importance of conservation and the need to preserve native biodiversity.
